How it works
A simple overview of what happens and when.
Step 1
Initial enquiry
You reach out via phone, email, website or referral. We confirm we’ve received your enquiry and outline the next steps.
Step 2
Intake call
We have a short chat to understand your goals and check if Quest is a good fit. You get a clear idea of what we offer and what might suit your needs.
Step 3 · Home visit or trial group session
Home visit
- A director visits to get to know your family and recommend a staff match
- We set up a “meet and greet” with the suggested staff member
- You meet the suggested worker and we check in afterward to confirm the fit
Groups
- Attend a free come-and-try session with a parent or support person
- See the space and meet some group members
- Decide if you’d like to join
Step 4
Documentation + consent
We send the required forms and start organising your sessions. Everything is digital and simple to complete, with help available if needed.
Step 5
Getting you set up
Once your worker or group is confirmed, we set you up on our app so you can easily see your schedule and session plan.
Step 6
First official session / first shift
Your sessions begin. Your worker focuses on settling in, building connection, and understanding your priorities.
Step 7
Follow-up check
After your first official session, we check in to make sure everything feels right and adjust anything if needed.
Step 8
Ongoing support
You receive consistent, reliable support and clear communication. You always have a direct point of contact for any questions.
Feedback and Complaints are important to us – they help us do better and be better.
We welcome feedback — both positive and constructive. If something is not working, we want to know so we can improve. All feedback is taken seriously and responded to respectfully.
You can:
- Speak directly with your team, who will help you action your feedback
- Contact management by SMS, phone call or online
